We work with your body’s natural regulation patterns to reduce stress, settle your system, and create a stronger baseline of stability. From this steadier place, you’ll have more capacity to handle challenges, make decisions, and connect with the people and activities you care about.
Nervous System Support is for anyone who feels their body and mind are out of sync with the demands of daily life. It’s especially helpful if you notice that stress, overwhelm, or past experiences are impacting your focus, energy, or ability to feel grounded.

Rest & Restore Protocol (RRP): Gentle, body-based practices to reset your system’s stress responses

Somatic Experiencing® Principles: Body-based approaches to expand your window of tolerance and help you feel safer in your own skin
I am a certified SSP & RRP provider and Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner in Training (SEP), offering evidence-based, body-led approaches to help your nervous system settle, restore balance, and support trauma recovery.
Our sessions are collaborative and paced to meet your nervous system where it is right now—no forcing, no rushing. You don’t need to revisit the past for this work to be effective.
